We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Field Collector (Kolektor Lapangan Senior) in the Jembrana area of Bali. As a Senior Field Collector, you will be responsible for conducting direct collections from customers who are late in paying their credit installments. Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Collector, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Visiting customers’ homes to conduct direct collection activities, ensuring that all interactions are professional and respectful
- Meeting monthly collection targets, as well as daily visit targets, to ensure that collection goals are consistently met
- Following established procedures for collection activities, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns
- Working independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve collection targets and goals
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, adhering to all company policies and procedures. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting targets and achieving results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK/Sederajat
- No maximum age limit
- Any gender
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with a preference for 2 years of experience in field collection
- Willingness to work in the field, visiting customers’ homes, and meeting targets
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license, with knowledge of the Jembrana area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to achieve targets and goals

You will be expected to be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and grow with the company.
