We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pemimpin Tim Pengumpulan Tagihan (Team Leader of Collection) to lead our team in achieving target collections. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities of the Desk Collection team, monitoring, mentoring, and coaching agents, and making reports on team achievements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving target collections and ensure that all activities are aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate all activities of the Desk Collection team, including monitoring, mentoring, and coaching agents
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve targets
• Make reports on team achievements and provide insights on areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce debt recovery times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that collection activities are aligned with overall business objectives
• Provide training and guidance to team members on collection procedures, policies, and best practices

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations in collection practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a D3/S1 degree, with a preference for candidates with a background in Fintech or Banking. You should also have at least 1 year of experience as a team leader in collection, with a proven track record of achieving targets and improving team performance.

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
• Berpengalaman sebagai team leader collection minimal 1 tahun dibidang Fintech (diutamakan) atau Perbankan
• Berpengalaman dalam penagihan bucket belakang/recovery
• Dapat menggunakan Ms. Office dengan baik, khususnya Microsoft Excel
• Memilliki komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta, lebih disukai yang berdomisili di Yogyakarta sekitarnya
