We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Direktur Pusat to oversee the overall management of our Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing sales operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. Responsibilities
The Direktur Pusat will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

- Hiring and training of local and expatriate staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Running a sales operation and operating the center day-to-day, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Implementing national level marketing strategies and working with the regional support office to promote the brand in the local market
- Supervising the sales team, implementing and managing sales processes, and setting and achieving sales targets
- Planning and executing marketing activities to build, maintain, and promote the brand in the local market, attract potential customers, and drive sales and re-sales
- Working with the Director of Studies to optimize school operations, ensure teaching quality, and maintain high student satisfaction and retention
- Managing staff employment, ensuring all staff receive appropriate training, and participating in evaluations of both Indonesian and foreign staff
- Ensuring accounting tasks are carried out effectively and clearly, creating an annual budget, and arranging the payment of reasonable expenses according to budget and approved guidelines
- Ensuring all departments have timely and effective logistics support and that IT and computer equipment meet the standard
- Maintaining a safe, clean, functioning, and friendly center environment, following the standards set by English 1
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sales management preferred
- Minimum S1 education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong people skills and team leadership/management abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines, and perform under pressure
- Sales and service, target, and results-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions
- Analytical and management skills, with experience in using sales analysis tools and team management software
The candidate should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and team management.
