Responsibilities

Identify and source potential customers through market research, networking events, digital platforms, and cold outreach, converting prospects into qualified sales leads.
Develop and present comprehensive market plans that outline target segments, positioning tactics, promotional activities, and measurable sales objectives.
Collaborate with the creative and product teams to produce marketing collateral, digital content, and sales presentations that align with brand guidelines.
Negotiate pricing structures, contract terms, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with corporate policies.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progression, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to recommend adjustments to strategy and product offerings.
Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and event promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
Support after‑sales activities by liaising with the client services team to ensure smooth hand‑over and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive, preferably within the real‑estate, property development, or related industries.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM platforms.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve problems proactively, and make data‑driven decisions.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
Preferred residence in West Jakarta, North Jakarta, or Tangerang to facilitate easy commuting.
Willingness to work the standard schedule of 10:00 – 18:00, with flexibility for occasional events or client meetings outside regular hours.
