The Sales Motoris FMCG – Wilayah Karawang position is a frontline role that bridges the gap between our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio and the retail outlets that serve end‑consumers in the Karawang region. As a Sales Motorist, you will operate a company‑provided vehicle to deliver products, build relationships, and drive revenue growth across a defined route network. Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales calls to assigned retail stores, kiosks, and independent outlets, ensuring coverage of the entire Karawang territory.
- Introduce new product lines, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns to customers, highlighting key benefits and usage occasions.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners and store managers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in the vehicle, perform stock replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update customer order books, and submit daily sales reports through the company’s mobile ERP system.
- Ensure product displays comply with brand guidelines, set up merchandising materials, and keep shelf space tidy and attractive.
- Collect market intelligence such as competitor pricing, shelf placement, and emerging consumer trends, and relay this information to the regional sales manager.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the Karawang sales team.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating the company vehicle and handling product deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
