Introduction

Adira Multifinance is expanding its regional operations and is seeking a diligent Officer Remedial for its Pariaman branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the company’s broader credit risk management strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, sales, and operations teams to safeguard the financial health of the organization while delivering excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the complete cycle of overdue receivables, ensuring all collections are executed within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of credit portfolios, identifying high‑risk accounts and initiating appropriate remedial actions.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and forecasted cash flow.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes, negotiate payment plans, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Implement and continuously improve collection policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development of risk‑based scoring models to predict delinquency trends and support proactive credit decisions.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings to provide insights on credit exposure and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities, communications, and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Male candidates only, with a maximum age of 29‑30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit, collections, or a related financial role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, resilience, meticulousness, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt recovery processes, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch office in Pariaman, aligning with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
