To sustain our expansion and uphold the highest standards of inventory control, we are seeking a dynamic Leader Audit who will spearhead audit activities, ensure accurate stock records, and support operational excellence at all our branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of inventory across all Kartika branches, verifying quantity, condition, and documentation of each item.
- Perform regular stock‑opname (physical counts) and reconcile findings with the ERP system to identify variances.
- Audit store operational processes, including cash handling, sales reporting, and compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate and lead audit teams on field visits, ensuring timely completion of audit schedules and proper communication with branch managers.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting discrepancies, root‑cause analyses, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance and supply‑chain departments to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors and store staff on proper inventory handling and documentation procedures.
- Support senior management in strategic decision‑making by delivering insights on inventory turnover, shrinkage trends, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in audit, inventory control, or accounting within a retail or wholesale environment.
