Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Account Officer – Penanganan Masalah to join our Gresik, Jawa Timur office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable (A/R) overdue collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, and supporting the company’s cash‑flow objectives. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑Saturday work week, with standard hours from 08:00 to 16:00, and is open to candidates who meet the educational and experiential criteria outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and oversee the complete collection cycle for accounts overdue between 61 and 120 days, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication strategies (phone calls, emails, and formal letters) to engage delinquent customers and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, updating the CRM system with detailed notes, payment schedules, and status changes.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit risk, legal, and sales teams to resolve disputes, verify documentation, and mitigate potential write‑offs.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection metrics, preparing performance reports for senior management and recommending process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repayment options, and fostering a respectful, solution‑oriented dialogue.
  • Identify trends in overdue accounts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and propose proactive measures to reduce future delinquencies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, regulatory changes, and best practices in multifinance collections.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit management, or related financial services; 2 years of experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Age: Maximum 29‑30 years.
  • Gender: Male candidates only, as stipulated by the posting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with B2C sales management, strong interpersonal communication, negotiation tactics, and an ability to meet aggressive collection targets.
  • Personal Attributes: High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, honesty, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of multifinance business processes, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Location: Must be domiciled in or willing to relocate to Gresik, Jawa Timur.
