Responsibilities

As a sales staff, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
• Utilizing the store management system to manage sales, inventory, and customer data

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Semua jenjang (all levels of education are welcome to apply)
• Usia: Maksimal 25 tahun (maximum age of 25 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders are welcome to apply)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no prior experience is required, as training will be provided)
• Skills: Sistem Manajemen Toko (store management system skills are an asset)

As a sales staff, you will be expected to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Gaji Rp.1.500.000 (monthly salary of Rp.1,500,000)
• Bonus Target 50.000-200.000 (performance-based bonus of up to Rp.200,000)
• Hari Kerja: Senin – Sabtu (working days from Monday to Saturday)
• Jam Kerja: 08:00 – 17:00 (working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
