We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Leading a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
• Analyzing sales data and developing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
• Building strong relationships with customers, responding to customer complaints and concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Working collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to achieve company goals and objectives
• Managing inventory levels, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory
• Developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work on short notice to cover absences or unexpected store needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK/Sederajat)
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software applications
