Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Administrasi & Layanan Pelanggan, your primary responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a student or recent graduate with a strong passion for customer service and administration.

  • Siswa/Mahasiswa Aktif semua jurusan (currently enrolled student or recent graduate from any discipline)
  • Pribadi yang aktif, senang belajar hal baru dan adaptif (active, eager to learn, and adaptable individual)
  • Setidaknya bisa magang selama periode 3 bulan (available for a minimum of 3 months internship)
  • Bersedia bergabung di bulan April 2026 (available to start in April 2026)
  • Bersedia penempatan di Bogor (willing to be placed in Bogor)
  • Pendidikan: Semua jenjang (all levels of education are welcome to apply)
  • Gender: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders are welcome to apply)
  • Skills: Keterampilan Melayani Pelanggan (customer service skills)
