Petugas Penagihan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Petugas Penagihan to join our team at Adira Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of debt collection activities (A/R Overdue) in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Penagihan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan (A/R Overdue) secara tepat waktu
• Managing and overseeing the implementation of debt collection activities to ensure timely and efficient recovery of outstanding debts
• Conducting negotiations with clients to resolve outstanding debts and find mutually beneficial solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation and debt recovery
• Working closely with internal teams, such as credit and finance, to ensure seamless and efficient debt collection processes
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt collection and credit management

In this role, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve debt collection targets and contribute to the overall success of the finance team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (minimum D3/S1 degree in all majors)
• Terbuka untuk lulusan baru (open to new graduates)
• Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun menjadi nilai tambah (minimum 1 year of experience in the same field is an advantage)
• Maksimal usia 30 tahun (maximum age 30 years old)
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target (understanding of multifinance business processes and target-oriented)
• Memiliki kegiatan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik, negosiasi, integritas, ulet, teliti, dan jujur (possessing good interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, integrity, persistence, thoroughness, and honesty)
• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (minimum SMA/SMK/equivalent education)
• Gender: Laki-laki (male)
• Pengalaman minimal: 1 tahun (minimum 1 year of experience)
• Skills: Pemantauan Kredit, Proses Kredit, Proses Penagihan Utang, Keterampilan Komunikasi Antarpersonal (credit monitoring, credit process, debt collection process, interpersonal communication skills)
