Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Maintenance Listrik to join our dynamic operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of electrical systems across a range of industrial and commercial facilities. This role demands a hands‑on approach, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on low‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical circuits, ensuring minimal downtime.
Install new electrical infrastructure, including conduit, wiring, distribution panels, circuit breakers, and auxiliary equipment.
Conduct comprehensive testing of installed systems using multimeters, insulation testers, and power quality analyzers to verify safety, reliability, and performance.
Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians and subcontractors during large‑scale installations, guaranteeing compliance with design specifications and regulatory codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, employing systematic analysis of load patterns, voltage fluctuations, and grounding issues.
Prepare detailed daily and project‑completion reports that document work performed, materials used, and any recommendations for future improvements.
Participate in preventive maintenance programs, scheduling periodic inspections and calibrations of critical equipment such as generators, UPS units, and motor control centers.
Ensure all activities adhere to local electrical safety regulations, company SOPs, and environmental guidelines.
Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals to streamline maintenance workflows.
Provide on‑call support for emergency outages, responding promptly to restore power and minimize operational impact.

Requirements

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical certification in electrical engineering or related field.
Age not exceeding 30 years.
Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
At least 1 year of proven experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or a similar technical role.
Core technical skills:
- Analisis gangguan listrik (electrical fault analysis)
- Analisis beban listrik (load analysis)
- Proficiency with electrical measuring instruments (multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers).
Strong understanding of national electrical codes, safety standards, and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordination with engineering, procurement, and management teams.
Ability to work in a 2‑shift environment, including night and weekend shifts, with a willingness to perform overtime when required.
Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
