Responsibilities

As a Waiter/Waitress, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and ensuring that all guests receive prompt and attentive service. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests and presenting menus
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Handling payments and operating a point-of-sale system
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Age: 17-25 years old
• Gender: All genders welcome to apply
• Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar role
• Skills: Proficient in operating a point-of-sale system and excellent communication skills
• Preferred experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment, particularly as a cashier for female applicants
• Preferred religion: Muslim
