Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Minuman, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
• Managing orders, serving beverages, and handling customer payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Working effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve service goals
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of our menu, including beverages, promotions, and special offers
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work flexibly, including weekends and shifts, to support the needs of the business. You will also be required to maintain a high level of personal presentation, adhering to our dress code and grooming standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (Minimum education: High School or equivalent)
• Usia: 19-26 tahun (Age: 19-26 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (Gender: All genders)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (Experience: Minimum 0 years, but experience in a similar role is an advantage)
• Keterampilan Barista (Barista skills) and knowledge of coffee and beverages
• Jujur, Disiplin, Tanggung Jawab (Honest, Disciplined, Responsible) and a strong work ethic
• Berpenampilan Rapi dan Bersih (Neat and clean appearance) and a high level of personal presentation
• Cekatan dan mampu mematuhi SOP (Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures and work efficiently)
• Bersedia bekerja dalam Shift (Able to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings)
• Good Attitude and a positive, friendly demeanor
