Pemimpin Gudang Logistik

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pemimpin Gudang Logistik (Logistics Warehouse Leader) to join our team. As a Logistics Warehouse Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the movement of goods from pickup to delivery, as well as managing and developing the performance of our warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers, from pickup to delivery
• Coordinating with the Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods
• Reducing the risk of lost or damaged packages by ensuring that all shipments are properly tracked and monitored
• Monitoring all transactions at the Hub and ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently
• Supervising inbound and outbound activities and ensuring that all goods are properly received and shipped
• Training and developing the performance of staff at the Hub to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. You will be expected to be proactive and flexible, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Minimum experience: 2 years, with a preference for 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in a logistics or supply chain role
• Experience in Last Mile/First Mile logistics is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the entire planning, shipping, and warehousing process
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in Abang, Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali, with a willingness to relocate if necessary
• Available to work Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:30
