Responsibilities

As a Guru Sejarah, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging and informative history lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. You will be expected to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Some of your key duties will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive history lesson plans that align with our school’s curriculum and standards
• Delivering interactive and engaging lectures, discussions, and activities that promote student participation and learning
• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding of historical concepts and events
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide programs and initiatives that promote historical awareness and appreciation
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and research in the field of history and incorporating this knowledge into your teaching practices

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be expected to participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required. You will be a team player who is flexible, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for our students.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree in Education or a related field (Linier)
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of historical concepts, events, and trends
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and informative lessons
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
