Staf Pantry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staf Pantry to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Staf Pantry, your main duties will include:

• Preparing and serving food and beverages to our customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the pantry area
• Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Setting up and breaking down the pantry area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Providing excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working effectively in a team environment, including communicating with other kitchen staff and management
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with excellent soft skills, including strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga atau setara
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang food preparation dan hygiene makanan
• Mampu bekerja secara cepat, rapi, dan teliti
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bagian pantry restoran minimal 1 tahun
• Terbiasa menyiapkan bahan makanan, menyusun garnish, dan plating sederhana
• Memahami standar kebersihan dapur dan penyimpanan bahan makanan
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam tim
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan di hari libur

We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background, preferably in a culinary-related field, and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a pantry or kitchen environment.
